Into en in to: één woord of twee?

Into is één woord bij beweging naar iets of een verandering. "She walked into the room." "He turned into a frog."

In to is twee woorden als "in" bij een werkwoord hoort en "to" een infinitief start. "Log in to your account."

Kun je "in order" ertussen zetten, heb je waarschijnlijk twee woorden nodig. "Give in to temptation" → "Give in (order) to temptation."
