Who's = who is oder who has. Whose = wessen (besitzend).
Who's ist eine Kontraktion: who is oder who has. "Who's coming to dinner?"
Whose ist besitzend. "Whose book is this?"
Die gleiche Regel wie bei it's/its. Passt "who is", nimm who's. Geht es um Besitz, nimm whose.
